3. 앱에서 사용자가 입력하는 데이터
BodyLog는 앱의 핵심 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용자가 직접 입력한 다음과 같은 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

4. 건강 관련 정보
체중, 신장 및 BMI와 같은 정보는 사용자의 건강 상태와 관련될 수 있는 정보입니다.
BodyLog는 이러한 정보를 체중 기록, BMI 계산, 체중 변화 확인 및 목표 체중 관리 등 사용자가 요청한 앱 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용합니다.
개발자는 앱에 입력된 체중 및 BMI 기록을 광고 목적으로 직접 판매하거나, 개발자가 운영하는 서버에 업로드하여 사용자 프로필을 구축하는 용도로 사용하지 않습니다.
5. 데이터 저장 방식
사용자가 BodyLog에 입력한 주요 앱 데이터는 사용자의 기기 내부 저장공간에 저장됩니다.
앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 경우 기기에 저장된 데이터가 삭제될 수 있습니다.
기기 분실, 앱 삭제, 운영체제 오류, 저장소 손상, 사용자 조작 등으로 인한 데이터 손실을 방지하기 위해 중요한 기록은 사용자가 직접 백업할 것을 권장합니다.
6. JSON 백업 및 복원
BodyLog는 사용자가 자신의 데이터를 직접 보관할 수 있도록 JSON 형식의 백업 및 복원 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다.
백업 기능을 사용하는 경우 사용자가 선택한 위치에 BodyLog 데이터가 포함된 파일이 생성될 수 있습니다.
생성된 백업 파일의 보관, 복사, 전송, 공유 및 삭제에 대한 관리는 사용자에게 있습니다.
사용자가 백업 파일을 클라우드 저장소, 이메일, 메신저 또는 기타 제3자 서비스에 직접 업로드하거나 공유하는 경우, 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침과 보안 정책이 적용됩니다.
7. 알림 기능
BodyLog는 사용자가 설정한 체중 측정 일정을 알려주기 위해 기기의 로컬 알림 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
알림 기능을 사용하기 위해 운영체제의 알림 권한이 요청될 수 있으며, 사용자는 기기 설정에서 언제든지 알림 권한을 변경하거나 알림을 비활성화할 수 있습니다.

8. 광고 및 Google Mobile Ads

9. 제3자 서비스
BodyLog는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 Google Play, Google Mobile Ads 또는 사용자의 운영체제가 제공하는 서비스와 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
사용자가 앱 외부의 웹사이트, 앱스토어 또는 제3자 서비스로 이동한 이후의 데이터 처리는 해당 서비스의 약관과 개인정보처리방침의 적용을 받습니다.
개발자는 독립적인 제3자가 운영하는 서비스의 개인정보 처리, 서비스 내용 또는 보안 정책을 직접 통제하지 않습니다.
10. 데이터 판매
JCraft Studio는 BodyLog 사용자가 직접 입력한 체중 기록, BMI 관련 정보 또는 메모를 데이터 중개업체에 판매하지 않습니다.
11. 계정
현재 BodyLog는 앱 사용을 위한 별도의 JCraft Studio 회원 계정 생성을 요구하지 않습니다.
따라서 개발자가 운영하는 별도의 BodyLog 계정 서버에 사용자의 체중 기록을 저장하는 구조가 아닙니다.
향후 계정 기능 또는 클라우드 동기화 기능이 추가되는 경우 해당 기능의 데이터 처리 방식과 삭제 절차를 반영하여 본 개인정보처리방침을 변경할 수 있습니다.
12. 데이터 보관 및 삭제
앱 내부에 저장되는 체중 기록 및 관련 데이터는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관될 수 있습니다.
사용자는 앱에서 제공하는 기록 삭제 기능을 사용하거나, 기기의 앱 데이터 삭제 기능 또는 앱 제거를 통해 기기에 저장된 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
사용자가 직접 생성한 JSON 백업 파일은 앱 내부 기록을 삭제하거나 앱을 제거해도 별도의 저장 위치에 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 해당 파일은 사용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
Google과 같은 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 데이터의 보관 및 삭제 정책은 해당 제3자의 개인정보처리방침에 따릅니다.
13. 데이터 보안
개발자는 앱 기능에 필요하지 않은 개인정보의 수집을 최소화하는 것을 원칙으로 하며, 사용자의 주요 체중 기록을 기기 내부에서 처리하도록 앱을 설계합니다.
그러나 어떠한 전자적 저장 또는 전송 방식도 100% 완벽한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
사용자는 자신의 기기를 안전하게 관리하고, 민감한 정보가 포함될 수 있는 JSON 백업 파일을 안전한 위치에 보관할 책임이 있습니다.
14. 아동 및 미성년자
BodyLog는 일반적인 체중 기록 및 BMI 관리 도구이며 아동을 주요 대상으로 제작된 서비스가 아닙니다.
미성년자가 체중, BMI 또는 건강과 관련된 정보를 이용하는 경우 필요한 경우 부모, 보호자 또는 의료 전문가와 함께 사용하는 것을 권장합니다.
15. 의료 및 건강 관련 고지
앱이 제공하는 BMI, 체중 변화, 적정 체중 범위 및 기타 계산 결과는 일반적인 정보와 개인 기록 관리를 위한 참고 자료입니다.
BMI는 개인의 건강 상태, 체지방률, 근육량, 질병 여부, 임신 여부, 연령 및 기타 의학적 요소를 완전히 반영하지 못할 수 있습니다.
앱의 정보를 질병의 진단, 치료, 예방, 투약 결정 또는 긴급한 의료 판단에 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
건강 또는 체중과 관련하여 우려되는 증상이 있거나 의료적 판단이 필요한 경우 의사 또는 자격을 갖춘 의료 전문가와 상담해야 합니다.
16. 데이터 정확성 및 사용자 입력
BodyLog의 계산 결과는 사용자가 입력한 데이터에 기반합니다.
잘못된 신장, 체중, 날짜 또는 기타 정보가 입력될 경우 결과 역시 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다.
사용자는 앱에 입력하는 정보를 확인하고 필요한 경우 수정해야 합니다.
17. 서비스 제공 및 책임 제한
개발자는 앱의 안정적인 제공을 위해 노력하지만, 모든 기기, 운영체제 및 사용 환경에서 앱이 항상 중단 없이 동작하거나 오류가 전혀 없음을 보장하지는 않습니다.
법률이 허용하는 범위에서 개발자는 사용자의 기기 상태, 운영체제 오류, 제3자 서비스 장애, 사용자 실수, 앱 제거, 저장소 손상 또는 백업 관리 실패 등 개발자의 합리적인 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 데이터 손실이나 서비스 이용상의 문제에 대해 책임이 제한될 수 있습니다.
본 조항은 관련 법률에 따라 제한하거나 배제할 수 없는 소비자의 법적 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
18. 지식재산권 및 저작권
관련 법률 또는 별도의 라이선스에서 달리 허용하는 경우를 제외하고, BodyLog의 앱 디자인, 자체 제작된 화면 구성, 프로그램 코드, 문구, 그래픽 및 기타 개발자가 제작한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 JCraft Studio 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.
앱에서 사용되는 Flutter, Android, Google, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads 및 기타 제3자 소프트웨어, 라이브러리, 상표와 서비스 명칭은 각각의 권리자에게 권리가 있으며 해당 라이선스와 이용 조건의 적용을 받습니다.
Google, Google Play 및 Android는 Google LLC의 상표 또는 등록상표일 수 있습니다. JCraft Studio와 BodyLog는 Google LLC가 제작하거나 공식적으로 보증하는 서비스가 아닙니다.
19. 외부 링크
BodyLog는 Google Play 또는 기타 외부 웹페이지로 연결되는 링크를 제공할 수 있습니다.
외부 사이트의 콘텐츠, 보안, 서비스 운영 및 개인정보 처리에 대해서는 해당 사이트 운영자가 책임을 집니다.
20. 개인정보처리방침의 변경
앱 기능, 관련 법령, Google Play 정책, 사용 중인 제3자 SDK 또는 서비스가 변경되는 경우 본 개인정보처리방침이 수정될 수 있습니다.

1. Introduction
JCraft Studio ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of users of BodyLog - Weight & BMI Tracker ("BodyLog" or the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use BodyLog, how the information is used, where App data is stored, and how third-party services may process certain information.
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where applicable law requires separate consent for particular processing activities, an additional consent process may be provided.

3. Information You Enter Into the App
BodyLog may process information that you voluntarily enter in order to provide its core functionality, including:
- Weight
- Height
- Goal weight
- Dates and times associated with weight measurements
- Notes entered with weight records
- Information required to calculate BMI
- Weight measurement reminder settings
- Language, dark mode and other App preferences
4. Health-Related Information
Weight, height and BMI information may be considered health-related information.
BodyLog processes this information to provide the features requested by the user, including weight tracking, BMI calculation, weight trend visualization and goal-weight tracking.
JCraft Studio does not sell the weight records, BMI-related information or personal notes entered into BodyLog to data brokers, nor is the App designed to upload these records to a Developer-operated server for the purpose of building advertising profiles.
5. Local Data Storage
The primary records entered into BodyLog are stored locally on the user's device.
Data stored locally may be removed if the user deletes App data or uninstalls the App.
Device loss, operating system failure, storage corruption, App removal or user actions may result in data loss. Users are encouraged to create backups of important records.
6. JSON Backup and Restore
BodyLog may provide JSON backup and restore functionality so users can keep a copy of their App data.
When the backup feature is used, a file containing BodyLog data may be created at a location selected by the user.
The user is responsible for managing the storage, copying, transmission, sharing and deletion of exported backup files.
If a user uploads or shares a backup through a cloud provider, email service, messaging service or another third party, the privacy and security practices of that third party apply.
7. Notifications
BodyLog may use local device notifications to remind users to record their weight at times selected by the user.
The operating system may request notification permission. Users can disable or modify notification permissions at any time through their device settings.
Reminder schedules are used for the purpose of providing the user-requested measurement reminder functionality.
8. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
BodyLog may use the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display advertisements and support continued development and operation of the App.
Third-party advertising services such as Google Mobile Ads may automatically process certain information for purposes including advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, security and service operation.
Depending on your device, location, consent status and Google service settings, such information may include:
- Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers
- IP address
- Device and operating system information
- Advertising impressions, clicks and interactions
- SDK or application diagnostic information
- Other information processed in accordance with applicable law and Google's policies
The actual scope of processing may vary depending on user settings, jurisdiction, consent choices, Google service configuration and applicable policies.

9. Third-Party Services
BodyLog may interact with services and functionality provided by Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, the user's operating system or other necessary platform services.
Once users leave BodyLog and access an external website, app store or third-party service, the privacy policy and terms of that third party apply.
JCraft Studio does not directly control the data handling, security or operation of independent third-party services.
10. Sale of User Data
JCraft Studio does not sell weight records, BMI-related information or personal notes voluntarily entered into BodyLog to data brokers.
11. User Accounts
BodyLog currently does not require users to create a separate JCraft Studio account to use the App.
Accordingly, BodyLog is not currently designed to store user weight records in a Developer-operated BodyLog account server.
If account functionality or cloud synchronization is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe the applicable processing and deletion procedures.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
Weight records and related App data stored locally may remain on the device until the user deletes them.
Users may delete individual records using features provided within the App or delete locally stored App data by clearing application data or uninstalling the App, subject to the behavior of the operating system.
JSON backup files created separately by the user may remain in the selected storage location even after the App itself or its internal records have been deleted. Users must delete those backup files separately.
Information processed by third-party providers such as Google is subject to the retention and deletion practices of those providers.
13. Data Security
JCraft Studio seeks to minimize the collection of information that is not necessary for the App's functionality and designs the App so that primary BodyLog records can be processed locally on the user's device.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices and for securely storing any exported JSON backup files that may contain sensitive information.
14. Children and Minors
BodyLog is a general weight and BMI tracking utility and is not primarily designed or directed toward children.
Where appropriate, minors should use health or weight-related information with the involvement of a parent, guardian or qualified healthcare professional.
15. Medical and Health Disclaimer
BMI values, weight trends, reference weight ranges and other calculations provided by BodyLog are intended only for general informational and personal tracking purposes.
BMI may not accurately represent an individual's overall health, body fat percentage, muscle mass, medical conditions, pregnancy, age or other medically relevant factors.
Information provided by BodyLog should not be used to diagnose, treat or prevent disease, determine medication, or make urgent medical decisions.
Users with health concerns or symptoms requiring medical judgment should consult a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
16. Accuracy of Information
Calculations and results provided by BodyLog depend on information entered by the user.
Incorrect height, weight, date or other input may result in inaccurate calculations or displayed information.
Users are responsible for reviewing the information they enter and correcting it where necessary.
17. Availability and Limitation of Liability
JCraft Studio endeavors to provide a stable application, but does not guarantee that BodyLog will operate continuously, without interruption or without errors on every device, operating system or configuration.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability may be limited for loss of data or service issues resulting from circumstances outside the Developer's reasonable control, including device failure, operating system errors, third-party service failures, user error, App removal, storage corruption or failure to maintain backups.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Except where otherwise permitted by applicable law or applicable third-party licenses, rights in BodyLog's original application design, Developer-created user interface elements, source code, text, graphics and other original content belong to JCraft Studio or their respective lawful owners.
Flutter, Android, Google, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, third-party libraries, trademarks and service names used in connection with the App remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Google, Google Play and Android may be trademarks of Google LLC. BodyLog and JCraft Studio are not produced, endorsed or officially sponsored by Google LLC.
19. External Links
BodyLog may contain links that open Google Play or other external websites or services.
The operators of those services are responsible for their own content, privacy practices, security and operation.
20. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App functionality, applicable law, Google Play policies, third-party SDKs or services change.
If material changes are made, the effective date may be updated and users may be informed through appropriate means, including the App or its store listing where appropriate.
Users are encouraged to periodically review the current version of this Privacy Policy.
