13. Copyright and Third-Party Rights
Rights in the App's original source code, design, icons, text, and content belong to the Developer or their respective lawful owners.
Android, Google Play, Google AdMob, and other Google names and trademarks belong to Google LLC or their respective owners. The App is not an official app produced or endorsed by Google.
Rights in PDFs, signatures, and documents processed by users remain with the user or the relevant rights holder. The Developer does not claim ownership of user documents.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Developer does not warrant that the App will work without errors on every device, with every PDF format, or for every document, or that the results will be suitable for a particular legal or business purpose.
Certain PDFs may not be processed correctly due to file structure, encryption, corruption, special fonts, forms, certificates, existing digital signatures, or device-specific conditions.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not responsible for direct or indirect loss arising from:
- Incorrect file selection, deletion, saving, or sharing
- Loss, corruption, or inaccessibility of files
- Failure to review document content or signature placement
- The operation of external apps, cloud providers, or advertising services
- Device failure, operating system errors, insufficient storage, or network problems
