JCraft Studio does not require users to create an account, register, provide a name, phone number, postal address, password, or other account information to use the App.

5. Data Sharing

JCraft Studio does not sell personal information entered by users into the App.

6. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Information entered into the App's random drawing feature is intended to be processed locally on the user's device rather than stored on servers operated by JCraft Studio.

Local App information can generally be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App, subject to the operating system's functionality.

Data processed independently by third-party services is subject to the retention and deletion practices of those third parties. Users should refer to the relevant third-party privacy policy for additional information.

7. Data Security

The Developer takes reasonable measures appropriate to the nature and operation of the App to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure of information.

However, no electronic device, software, network, or method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is a general-purpose utility and is not designed to intentionally request children to provide personal information directly to JCraft Studio.

Users should not enter sensitive personal information about a child or another person unless they have the legal authority and an appropriate reason to do so.

Where laws applicable to children or age-restricted users require additional protections, applicable app-store, advertising, and consent requirements must be followed.

The App may contain links to websites, Google Play pages, or other applications, including links to other services provided by JCraft Studio.

When you leave the App and access another application, website, marketplace, or third-party service, the privacy policy and terms of that external service apply.

10. Random Draw Results

The App is intended solely as a general random-selection utility. Results generated by the App are provided for convenience and entertainment or general utility purposes.

The App is not intended to provide certified, regulated, legally supervised, cryptographically verifiable, gambling, lottery, financial, medical, legal, or professional selection services.

Users are responsible for determining whether use of the App is appropriate for their particular activity and whether additional legal, regulatory, contractual, organizational, or procedural requirements apply.

Unless otherwise indicated, the App's original software, design, text, graphics, structure, and other original content created by JCraft Studio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party trademarks, service names, libraries, software, platforms, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Users are responsible for ensuring that names, text, or other content they enter into the App do not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or entity.

12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Responsibility

The App is provided as a general-purpose utility on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every specific purpose.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying results before relying on them for decisions or activities with legal, financial, contractual, safety-related, or other significant consequences.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes or limits any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Legal Requirements

Information may be processed or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, valid legal processes, governmental requests, protect users, protect rights or property, investigate abuse, or maintain the security and integrity of the App and related services.
