앱의 참가자 정보, 그룹 생성 기록 및 설정 정보는 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장됩니다.

앱을 삭제하면 운영체제의 일반적인 앱 데이터 처리 방식에 따라 해당 앱의 로컬 데이터도 삭제될 수 있습니다.
개발자가 별도의 사용자 계정이나 사용자별 서버 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않으므로, 본 앱에는 별도의 온라인 계정 삭제 절차가 없습니다.

JCraft Studio ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of users of the Pair Maker application ("App").

The Developer does not sell participant names or random group results entered or generated through the App.
The Developer does not upload such information to a Developer-operated server for disclosure to third parties.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
Participant-related information, group history, and preferences are stored locally on the user's device.
Users may delete stored group history through the history deletion feature available in the App.
Removing the App may also remove locally stored App data in accordance with the normal behavior of the device operating system.
Because the App does not provide user accounts or maintain a user-specific online database, there is no separate online account deletion process.
6. Data Security
The Developer seeks to limit information processing to what is reasonably necessary for App functionality.
Information entered directly into the App is generally processed locally on the user's device.
Advertising-related information that may be processed online may be subject to the security practices and safeguards of the applicable third-party service provider.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for the purpose of directly collecting personal information from users.
Users are encouraged not to enter unnecessary personal, sensitive, or directly identifying information when entering participant names.
A parent or guardian with questions regarding information entered by a child may contact the Developer using the contact information shown on the App's Google Play listing.
8. User Choice and Consent
In certain countries or regions, user consent may be required for advertising personalization, advertising storage, or related data processing.
Where applicable, consent management features provided by Google or the relevant advertising platform may be presented, allowing users to make available privacy choices.

External services are responsible for their own content, privacy practices, and security policies. The Developer does not control the privacy practices of third-party services.
10. Intellectual Property
Rights in the original design, software code, text, and other content created for the App belong to the Developer or the applicable lawful rights holder, subject to applicable law.
Google, Google Play, AdMob, and other third-party trademarks, logos, service names, and related rights belong to their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, use of third-party services does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation with the relevant trademark or service owner.
11. Disclaimer and Use of the App
Pair and group results are generated randomly and are provided as a convenience feature.
Users are responsible for deciding whether and how generated results are used in their own activities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer may limit liability for indirect losses arising from a user's use of the App or reliance on randomly generated results.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when App functionality, applicable law, Google Play policies, or third-party services change.
Material changes will be reflected by updating this page.
