JCraft Studio (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of the Tic Tac Toe application (“App”).

2. Information handled directly by the App

The App does not require account registration or sign-in. It does not ask you to directly provide personal identifiers such as your name, email address, telephone number, or postal address.

6. Retention and deletion

Locally stored game history and settings may be deleted when you clear the App's storage or uninstall the App.

You may also delete individual or all game records using the deletion features provided in the App.

Information processed by advertising service providers is retained and deleted according to those providers' privacy and retention policies.

The App does not create user accounts, so there is no separate account deletion process.

7. Security

We seek to minimize the information directly managed by the App and use storage and security features provided by the platform.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children below the minimum age established by applicable law.
