1. Overview
Password Vault Notes is an offline password memo app. The app is designed to store your entries on your device. We do not operate our own servers for collecting or storing your password memo contents.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Password vault contents (stored locally)
- Entry fields you create (e.g., title, site, username, password, notes, favorites).
- These contents are stored on your device. The developer does not receive these contents.
2.2 App settings (stored locally)
- Preferences such as language selection, auto-clear timer, lock settings, etc.
- Stored on your device.
2.3 Advertising identifiers & basic ad diagnostics (via Google AdMob)
- The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show ads.
- AdMob may collect or use identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID), approximate location, and basic diagnostics depending on your device settings and consent choices.
- These are processed by Google and its partners as described in Google’s policies.
3. How We Use Data
- To provide core features: saving, viewing, editing, searching entries on-device.
- To provide app security features such as optional app lock/PIN (stored on-device).

4. Storage & Encryption
- Vault entries are stored locally on your device.
- The app may use encryption at rest for local database storage.
- Backup export/import features (if used) create files on your device storage as chosen by you.

5. Backup / Import / Export
If you use the backup feature, the app can export your vault to a file and import it later. Backup files are stored where you choose (e.g., device storage). You are responsible for protecting backup files.

The developer does not sell or share your password memo contents. However, ad-related data may be processed by Google AdMob and its partners to deliver ads and for fraud prevention/measurement.
