수집되는 데이터

앱 자체는 사용자의 비밀번호, 계정 정보, 이메일, 이름 등 개인 데이터를 별도로 수집·저장·서버로 전송하지 않습니다.

  • 계정, 이메일, 이름 등 식별자를 앱에서 직접 수집하지 않음
  • 비밀번호 생성 결과 등 콘텐츠를 앱 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않음
  • 비밀번호 생성 로직은 로컬(기기 내)에서만 동작하며, 원격 서버로 전송되지 않음
  • 다만, 아래에 설명된 바와 같이 광고 제공을 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK(AdMob)가 광고 ID, IP 주소, 기기 정보 등 일부 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

클립보드

사용자가 “복사”를 누를 때에 한하여, 앱은 생성된 비밀번호를 기기의 클립보드에 저장합니다. 설정에 따라 일정 시간이 지나면 클립보드를 자동으로 비우도록 시도할 수 있습니다.

  • 자동 삭제는 OS/플랫폼 정책에 따라 실패할 수 있습니다.
  • 민감 정보는 복사 직후 사용자 스스로 삭제하거나, 비밀번호 관리자를 사용하시길 권장합니다.

권한

앱은 동작에 필요한 최소 권한만 사용합니다. 비밀번호 생성 기능 자체는 오프라인으로 동작합니다. 광고 로딩을 위해 네트워크 접근이 사용될 수 있으며, 클립보드 접근은 사용자의 명시적 조작(복사 버튼) 시에만 발생합니다.

제3자 서비스

이 앱은 광고 게재를 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob)를 사용합니다. 이 SDK는 광고 제공, 부정 클릭 방지, 통계 분석 등을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 Google이 수집·처리할 수 있습니다.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how the Password Generator app (“the App”) handles your information. The App generates passwords offline and provides Basic/Advanced modes, presets, policy templates, and optional clipboard auto-clear. The current version also shows a bottom banner ad and an App Open Ad when the app starts.

Data We Collect

The App itself does not collect, store, or send your passwords, account details, email address, or name to our own servers.

  • No direct collection of identifiers such as account names, emails, or real names by the App.
  • No server-side storage of generated password values or content.
  • Password generation logic runs locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
  • However, as described below, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) may process certain information (such as advertising ID, IP address, device information) to serve ads.

Clipboard

When you press “Copy,” the App writes the generated password to your device’s system clipboard. If enabled, it will attempt to clear the clipboard after a delay.

  • Auto-clear may fail due to OS or platform restrictions.
  • For sensitive data, we recommend manually clearing the clipboard or using a password manager.

Permissions

The App uses only minimal permissions. Password generation itself works offline. Network access may be used for loading ads, and clipboard access occurs only when you explicitly tap the Copy button.

Third-Party Services

This App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display ads. Through this SDK, Google may collect and process information such as:

  • Advertising ID (e.g., Android Advertising ID)
  • Approximate location, IP address
  • Device information (model, OS version, app version, etc.)
  • Ad impression and click information

Advertising / Monetization

The current release displays a banner ad at the bottom of the screen and an App Open Ad when the app is launched. Ads are served via Google AdMob and may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and platform settings.

  • You can adjust ad personalization in your device settings (for example, by resetting your advertising ID or turning off ad personalization on Android).
  • The presence and format of ads may change in future updates. If so, this Policy and/or store release notes will be updated accordingly.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not primarily directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. To comply with Google AdMob’s child-related policies, appropriate content or family-safe settings may be applied where necessary.

Security

  • The App uses the platform’s secure random generator when available to generate passwords.
  • We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using a password manager for important accounts.
  • Generated passwords are not stored on our servers and remain on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the App or via store release notes.
